He expressed the Secretary-General of the Badr Organisation, the leader of the popular crowd Hadi al-Ameri, on Monday, refusing to statements made by US Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter on sending 560 US troops to participate in the liberation of the city of Mosul of al Daash.
