Agencies – Joe Biden, US vice-president said on Saturday that the United States welcomes the agreement between Iraq’s central government in Baghdad and the Kurdistan region of Iraq in the north on the management of oil exports.
Biden said at the Atlantic Council summit in Istanbul that Washington also supports the development of an oil pipeline from the Iraqi city of Basra to the Turkish port of Ceyhan on the Mediterranean seafront.
