Political analyst Sabah Al-Agaili saw, on Sunday, that the United States of America is waving a stick to move the street against the Sudanese government through the dollar, while the relationship between the presence of its foreign forces and the raising of exchange rates.
Al-Agaili said in an interview with Al-Maalouma agency that “the events of the dollar crisis are part of the messages that America sends to the Sudanese government,” noting that “the recent measures are like a stick that America is waving by moving the street against the government.”
And he continued, “Washington believes that the government is for the framework that has reservations about the presence of US forces inside Iraq, which prompted it to use the economy card,” noting that “the dollar crisis is one of the political tools that America pressures the government of Muhammad Shia’a al-Sudani.”
Regarding Al-Sudani’s confrontation with the US pressures, Al-Agaili believes that “the government must proceed with negotiations with the US administration in order to alleviate the pressures that contributed to weakening the value of the Iraqi dinar,” noting that “the media revealed many plans of the American project in the crisis of the dollar’s rise.”
And the leader of the Al-Fateh Alliance, Uday Abdul-Hadi, had confirmed earlier to Al-Maalouma agency that “America has reduced the flow of oil money towards Iraq by 50%.”
