He added, “This squad was chosen because of the competence and qualifications of its owners in addition to what they have of programs that are applicable to cross the country to safety and serve citizens of all their affiliations. This squad will be for all Iraqis and will have their confidence through what it will accomplish and after Parliament gives it confidence.” .
Allawi called “the House of Representatives presidency and members to hold an extraordinary session in order to vote on granting confidence to the government next Monday, February 24th, hoping our representatives to prove to all Iraqis their desire for reform and to bear the national responsibility incumbent on them and to think about the present and future of Iraq and not prevented by private interests On making the right decision, Iraq is above all interests. Let me remind you that we cannot avoid real reform. Allawi also pledged that his government “will restore the prestige of the state and take the necessary measures to conduct early free and fair elections away from the effects of money, weapons and external interventions, and will also improve the living conditions of all Iraqis and return the displaced to their homes with dignity and dignity, and we will show our honorable people the government program in full with the specified timing “.
