{Baghdad: Euphrates News} congratulated the head of a coalition of the Secretary-General of the Iraqi National Accord Movement, Iyad Allawi, the Government and the Parliament of Kurdistan parliamentary elections that took place today, describing them as “fair, impartial and transparent.”
