Baghdad / Baghdad Uz..talib Vice President Iyad Allawi, on Friday, to entrust the audit statements and Iraqi governments since 2003 to international institutions, calling to stand on the reasons for not get mentioned in the infrastructure budgets despite the explosive progress.
