BAGHDAD / Baghdadi Uz..okd national coalition led by Iyad Allawi, a delegation of the Kurdistan region, headed by President of the Kurdistan region, Massoud Barzani, on Friday, on the need for openness in discussing with the federal government on oil and gas law, and coordination at the highest levels with the Iraqi army in terms of the battle to liberate Mosul .
