Al-Sudani - Electronic automation is the ideal solution to combat financial corruptionAl-Maalouma/Baghdad..
Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani stressed, on Monday, the importance of having the judicial departments in one place to reduce the effort on reviewers, while indicating that the implementation of the electronic automation project will contribute to facilitating the completion of transactions electronically.
A statement from the Prime Minister’s Media Office, received by Al-Maalouma Agency, stated that “Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani launched, via video conference, the implementation work on four projects for judicial department complexes in the districts of Al-Madain in Baghdad, Baqubah in Diyala, Dujail in Salah al-Din, and Al-Chibayish in Dhi Qar.”
He stressed “the importance of completing these projects according to the latest technical and administrative standards, with the aim of providing an appropriate environment for completing transactions away from routine, especially since the Ministry of Justice and its departments in Baghdad and the governorates receive thousands of citizens. Also, the presence of the real estate registration departments, the notary public, the Enforcement Directorate, and the Department of Minors’ Care in one place will save effort and time for reviewers, who suffer due to the dispersion of institutions in more than one location.”
He pointed out that “the projects of the four judicial departments’ complexes consist of several floors that include the Real Estate Registration and Judicial Execution Directorates, the Notary Public Department, and the Minors’ Care Departments. They were designed according to the single-window system and adopt an electronic queue system. The complexes are equipped with elevators, civil defense systems, cameras, and modern network communications, while providing for the needs of people with special needs.
” The Prime Minister stressed “the single-window principle in the context of completing transactions, which is linked to administrative reform, which is among the government’s priorities.” He indicated that “the implementation of the electronic automation project will contribute to facilitating the completion of transactions electronically and reducing red tape. It is the ideal solution to combat administrative and financial corruption.”
He explained that “providing services smoothly to citizens is one of the government’s most important goals, especially in departments that have direct contact with citizens,” emphasizing “the speed of completion and accuracy of procedures to secure citizens’ legal rights and raise the level of work in line with the government’s directives.”
The Prime Minister added, “We salute and appreciate the efforts made to facilitate procedures for citizens in order to complete transactions in the various departments of the Ministry of Justice,” stressing that “the implementing companies are obligated to implement these projects according to the planned lists and designs, and to adhere to the specified time frames.”
