Al-Shammari: The American presence in Iraq has no legal cover.
Member of the popular legal movement, Ahmed Al-Shammari, confirmed today, Sunday, that the continued American presence in Iraq has no legal cover.
Al-Shammari told Al-Maalouma, “There is an American combat force in Iraq and its presence is neither legal nor legal,” pointing out that the presence of American forces requires a new agreement.
He added, “The Sudanese government is obligated to remove all foreign forces from Iraq according to a specific timetable.”
He continued . “There is a decision issued by the Iraqi Council of Representatives regarding the removal of all foreign forces from Iraq, especially the American forces, and this decision is binding on implementation by the government of Muhammad Shia al-Sudani.”
