Al-Sakini rules out Al-Sudanis bid for a second term in the upcoming parliamentary electionsAl-Maalouma/Baghdad…
Ibrahim Al-Sakini, a member of the State of Law Coalition, ruled out that Al-Sudani would win a second term in the upcoming parliamentary elections, noting that the people will have their say in the voting process.
Al-Sakini said in a statement to Al-Maalouma, “The current Prime Minister, Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani, will not win the position again, especially after he ignored the blood of the martyrs and joined hands with the so-called Abu Mohammed Al-Julani, who is known for terrorizing and killing Iraqis.”
He added, “The Prime Minister is considered a state employee whose duties end at the end of the parliamentary session, and if he violates the law, he will be rejected for a second term again, even if he wins a majority of parliamentary seats.”
He explained that “the Iraqi people will not accept evasions and deception and will have their say in the upcoming parliamentary elections to choose those who provided them with services and appointments, expelled the Americans from Iraq, and did not stand with murderers and criminals.”
