Today, Saturday, the leader of the State of Law Coalition, Kazem Al-Haidari, revealed the upcoming visit of Prime Minister Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani to Washington, while stressing that the results of the Iraqi delegation’s negotiations with the Federal Bank will appear after the latter’s visit in the coming period.
Al-Haidari said, in an interview with Al-Maalouma Agency, that “Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein’s statements are unreliable regarding the success of negotiations with the Federal Bank,” noting that “the price of the dollar will stabilize in the local markets within a week from now.”
He added, “After the end of two rounds of talks that took place in Istanbul and Washington, the results have not yet appeared on the ground,” noting that “the results of the talks will appear after Al-Sudani’s visit to Washington in the coming period.”
Regarding the continued rise in dollar prices, Al-Haidari shows that “the central bank started selling the dollar according to the new price for two days only, and next week will witness the offering of the dollar at the new price, which will gradually decrease prices.”
And a member of the House of Representatives, Jassem Atwan, had demanded, in an interview with Al-Maalouma Agency, “to reconsider some ministers after conducting strict censorship, noting that the foreign minister caused a crisis during his meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
