Al-Khalidi: Parliament Will Be In Chaos In The Coming Days Due To Conflicts

The former Parliament’s decision, Muhammad Al-Khalidi, expected, on Monday, the intensification of political divisions and their reflection on the performance of the Parliament, indicating that chaos will pervade all of Parliament during the upcoming sessions.
Al-Khalidi said in a statement to “Al-Maalouma”, that “the scenario of the inauguration session of Muhammad al-Halbousi and his deputies was expected, especially with the continuation of political differences.”
He added that “an agreement between some political forces took place a month ago to support Muhammad al-Halbousi to renew his mandate to head parliament, and it was achieved yesterday,” noting that “political chaos will prevail in parliament in the coming days and will continue until the end of the parliamentary session due to political differences.”
And the former member of the House of Representatives, Yassin Al-Obeidi, had confirmed in a previous statement to “Al-Maalouma”, that what happened yesterday in the first parliament session was invalid in all respects.
