Al-Fateh Alliance confirmed, on Monday, that the complaint submitted regarding the election results is accompanied by irrefutable evidence proving the existence of a defect in the electoral process amounting to fraud in general, expressing its support for any decision issued by the judiciary.
A member of the Al-Fateh Alliance, Abbas Al-Zamili, said in a statement to / the information /, that “the pleading that will be held today by the Federal Court to consider the case submitted by the head of the Al-Fateh Alliance, accompanied by irrefutable evidence proving the existence of a defect in the electoral process amounting to fraud, and if the Federal Court is convinced of that evidence, it will certainly be its decision in favor of the lawsuit.”
He added, “The Al-Fateh coalition and those with it in the coordination framework are working in two directions. The first relates to resolving the case in the event that a decision is issued in our favour, and the second is to accept any other decision, God forgive, by holding meetings and dialogues with the rest of the political forces.”
