The head of the Al-Fateh Alliance parliamentary bloc, Abbas Al-Zamili, considered, on Wednesday, the agreements concluded by the outgoing government in violation of the law, stressing that the priorities of the next government are canceling all agreements under Al-Kazemi’s era.
Al-Zamili said in an interview with the “information” agency that “the next government will cancel all agreements and contracts concluded by the Al-Kazemi government, especially the agreements signed with neighboring countries.”
He added that “the government of Prime Minister-designate Muhammad Shiaa al-Sudani will study all agreements and contracts signed by the caretaker government and proceed with the agreements that serve the interest of Iraq.”
He pointed out that “the first steps of corrective measures are the cancellation of all agreements during the era of the caretaker government,” stressing that “these agreements do not serve the state and mortgage its capabilities for the benefit of other countries.” Ended 25 h
