The leader of the Al-Fatah Alliance, Muhammad Karim, confirmed, on Sunday, that the US ambassador to Baghdad, Alina Romanowski, is leading a broad cultural movement that aims to dismantle the Iraqi social fabric, calling on political forces and the national media to confront it and reveal its truth.
Karim said in an interview with Al-Maalouma, “After the failure of the United States of America militarily, economically and financially in Iraq, the Biden administration, through the US ambassador to the capital, Baghdad, Alina Romanowski, went towards using a new page under a cultural cover aimed at dismantling the social fabric in Iraq.”
He added, “The United States of America, since its entry into Iraq, has practiced many files in order to dismantle Iraqi society, starting with the military page that was thwarted by the Iraqi resistance, to the economic one, and then the dollar file,” noting that “all of them failed miserably.”
Karim continued, “After the military, economic, and financial failure, the Biden administration, through the ambassador in Baghdad, Alina Romanowski, as part of the so-called cultural page, began promoting (homosexuality), (homosexuality), (gender) and others under the term (gender), as well as promoting drugs.” Flooding the country with merchants and promoters in a big way.
He pointed out that “the real goal behind this page is an attempt to dismantle the social fabric and distance them from the traditions on which Iraqi society has been raised for centuries, as well as distancing them from religion and Islamic morals.”
And Karim said, “The operations to promote this agenda are mostly through civil society organizations supported by the US ambassador in Baghdad.”
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the concerned authorities were subjected to widespread political criticism for giving way to the movements of the US Ambassador to Iraq, Alina Romansky, and her interference in political, security and social affairs.
