Al-Bawi: The people are looking forward to ending the controversial issues with Washington during Sudanese’s visit

Political analyst Hazem Al-Bawi saw that the people are looking forward to ending the controversial issues with the American side during the Sudanese visit to Washington, especially with regard to the economic aspect and the dollar file, as well as the military aspect and the strategic framework agreement.
Al-Bawi said in a statement to Al-Maalouma, “The portfolio of Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani in the upcoming visit must end controversy regarding a number of sovereign, political, security and economic issues.”
He added, “The evacuation of foreign forces must top the list of discussions between the two sides, and the American side must be reminded of the necessity of implementing the provisions of the so-called strategic framework agreement signed between the two countries, which stipulates that there will be no American soldier in Iraq after 2011.”
He stated that “the dollar crises caused by the US Treasury Department must not be absent from the visit’s agenda, in addition to a series of important files related to Iraq’s sovereignty and its relationship with its neighbors and its regional and international surroundings, in which America always pries its nose.”
