Al-Bakhati affirmed, “We insist on questioning the governor of the Central Bank, and our interrogation of him is not a political targeting,” pointing out that “the current parliamentary session failed in one interrogation process and was completely devoid of it.”
He said, “There are dozens of parties who arrogant about the law and do not respect it, and unfortunately, we have come today to convictions that corruption is a scourge that possesses money and weapons and is stronger than the capabilities of the state through its pressures, and the state is condoning not to collide with big heads.”
He noted that “all government institutions in which there is a defect and corruption in contracts and the dominant decision of the ministries is protected from large blocs.”
Al-Bakhati pointed out that “the budget carries a set of problems and pitfalls, and the Parliamentary Finance Committee has been trying to overcome them,” indicating that we encountered a set of problems in the budget, including the failure to allocate job grades for the unemployed and graduates, and there are three partners in the budget, the government, the people, and the House of Representatives.
He stressed, “Most of the budget chapters have been settled and we are at the end of the draft budget law and it will be presented to the House of Representatives for a vote,” adding. ”
He explained that “the financial allocations that the government went to the provinces with was two trillion debt, and after adjusting it, it rose to 4 trillion dinars.”
Al-Bakhati said, “Most of the projects approved by the parliament, including the retirement law, have gaps, problems and ill-considered reactions,” noting that “consensus is what governs the political scene in the country.”
A member of the Parliamentary Services Committee promised to “pass the law on slums and change the sex of the land that it will serve the poor.”
