Baghdad – and babysit – A member of the parliamentary Finance Committee Abdul-Hussein Abtan, the differences between the central government and Kurdistan about the budget law almost resolved, adding that the problem lies on the subject of the petro-dollar.
Abtan said in a statement singled out by the (public radio), “The dispute between the federal government and the Kurdistan about the budget law to resolve almost”, adding that “the problem lies on the subject of the petro-dollar oil and the rights of the provinces included in the five dollars to the budget.”
He pointed out that “according to the amended Law 21 has been granted Kirkuk, Maysan and Dhi Qar, Basra and other oil provinces, five dollars instead of one dollar, but the federal government did not take this issue into account.”
Hope “of the central government implement the demands of the oil provinces include five dollars to the budget.”
Adding that “the deputies of these provinces will deal positively with the budget that is not included the five dollars.”
He Abtan, said that “all members of the House agree to pass the budget before the date of the parliamentary elections,” pointing out that “the differences on the budget has become a natural matter in each year.”
The Council of Ministers approved, (the current mid-January), on the draft general budget for the current year of 2014, and referred to the House of Representatives for approval. X / Y
