Abdul Mahdi Office announces the opening of the Green Zone fully the first days of Eid

(Baghdad: Al Furat News) The office of Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi said on Monday that the Green Zone will be fully open from the first day of Eid al-Fitr.
“The Green Zone will be fully open within 24 hours starting from the first day of Eid al-Fitr,” Abdul Mahdi’s secretary General Mohammad Hamid al-Bayati said in a press statement.
Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi said earlier that the heads of the two houses of ministers and deputies have a unified vision of opening the Green Zone, stressing that this decision will not be reversed.
