reviewed the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, day six, at his residence in the Swiss city of Davos, with Jim Yong Kim, President of the World Bank, the government’s efforts to re-Iraqi economic restructuring.
A statement of the Prime Minister’s Office responded to (news) copy of it today , he ‘During the meeting, review the challenges faced by Iraq as a result of lower oil prices globally and increased military spending as a result of the war against Daash gangs terror’.
He touched the two sides, according to the statement, the ‘relentless government to restructure the Iraqi economy and transform these challenges into opportunities for direct program of reform efforts real and effective in the field of economy and governance. ”
For his part, President of the World Bank, according to the statement ‘for the full support of the bank vision put forward by Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi at the World Economic Forum in Davos and praise the steps initiated by Iraq in the field of administrative reform.’
