The source told Al-Furat News, “It was decided to stop supplying travelers with dollars at the official exchange rate of 1,320 dinars.”
The source explained that “this step came as a result of the lack of sufficient quantities of the currency available to the relevant authorities, amid growing demands from exchange companies to provide dollars on a continuous basis to meet travelers’ needs.”
