Representative Mudar Al-Karawi set, on Monday, the date of the voting session on the candidate for the Presidency of the House of Representatives.
Al-Karawi told Al-Maalouma, “An important meeting of political leaders will be held today or tomorrow to determine the date of the voting session on the candidate for presidency of the House of Representatives, which is expected to be determined at the end of this week.”
He added, “The events of the previous session are not appropriate for a council that represents the voice and choices of the people, pointing out that” free will must be respected by everyone without exception, and that any attempts to disrupt the session mean putting partisan interests ahead of the choices of the majority in the House of Representatives.”
