He said, “The Iraqi government shall not be required for in Article 10 of the Iraqi budget law for 2015 indicate that unless one of the parties to the other party may make commitment to take further action.”

He also noted that according to law No. 5 issued by the Kurdistan Parliament on the provincial government must secure the financial needs of the government.

He said, “From the legal aspect of the provincial government can directly sell oil to companies and remains the political side can discuss with the political parties.”
