Al-Fateh Alliance announced, on Wednesday, a new agreement between the political blocs and the Finance Committee to reduce the 2021 budget to 100 trillion dinars, indicating that the budget did not carry any consideration for the citizen .
“The budget amounted to more than 161 trillion dinars, and there are many agreements that have been reduced, including 30 trillion dinars, and other opinions and propositions that are raised during the discussions, ” said Al-Fateh MP Ahmad Al-Kinani .
He added that “the last, initial agreement that took place between the political blocs and the Finance Committee is to reduce it from 161 to 100 trillion dinars and pressure expenses to the farthest limits and cancel many paragraphs to prevent any deficit in them .”
He explained that “the 2021 budget did not take into account any circumstance for the citizen and the only one affected by it is the citizen and the poor segment,” noting that “the region’s share is the current problem facing Parliament during the current negotiations.”
