It revealed a private sources, for new financial problems between the governments in Baghdad and Erbil, indicating that the Ministry of Finance in Baghdad were sent to the Arbil less than the amount supposed to serve as part of the region’s share of the general budget of the country.
According to sources, he was supposed to send $ 543 billion to the region, but the prime minister Haider al-Abadi is to reduce the amount by half, to intervene before Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari proposes to reduce the amount of 10% of its original value.
