The leader in the framework, Ali Al-Fatlawi, told Shafaq News Agency, “The Prime Minister-designate, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, rejected a number of ministerial portfolio candidates submitted by various political forces (Sunni, Shiite, Kurdish) because of their indications and observations,” without clarifying the nature of these indicators. .

Al-Fatlawi added; “The political forces, according to the agreement, are required to change any candidate who is rejected by the Prime Minister-designate, Muhammad Shiaa al-Sudani. He sets specific criteria for selecting members of his cabinet, the most important of which are integrity, competence, professionalism, and good reputation. The political forces are obliged to provide what the Sudanese deems appropriate.”

And on Wednesday (October 19), the leader in the coordination framework, Mahmoud Al-Hayani, revealed that the Prime Minister-designate, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, was subjected to “pressures” to “impose” candidates for ministerial portfolios.

Representatives and politicians are dealing with statements about an assumed date for holding a parliamentary session dedicated to voting on the formation of the Sudanese government, which is “next Saturday.”

The President of the Republic, Abdel Latif Jamal Rashid, and the Prime Minister in charge of forming the new government, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, stressed, Wednesday, their work to form a new government that would confront the challenges facing the country.
