A deputy reveals the date of the arrival of the 2023 budget to Parliament

The independent representative, Mohsen Al-Saidi, suggested, on Wednesday, that the federal financial budget bill for 2023 will be presented by the government to the House of Representatives at the end of this month.
Al-Saidi said in a statement to “Al-Maalouma”, that “the House of Representatives is waiting for the government to complete the budget bill as soon as possible.”
He added that “accelerating the adoption of the budget law has become an urgent necessity, with the objectives included in the ministerial curriculum voted on by Parliament.”
He pointed out that “indications are that the government will expedite the preparation of the budget and send it to Parliament at the end of this month,” stressing that “there are understandings between the political blocs on the necessity of passing the current year’s budget and not obstructing it.”
Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa al-Sudani had directed the Ministry of Finance to send the draft federal budget law for the fiscal year 2023 to the Ministerial Council of Economy as soon as possible for study. finished / 25 h
