The representative of the Al-Fateh Alliance, Muhammad Karim, considered, on Monday, that the government of Mustafa Al-Kazemi was one of the most corrupt governments that succeeded after the change, as if thieves were born in that government, indicating that the thieves in the previous government excelled in thefts.
Karim said, in a statement to Al-Maalouma, that “there has never been any persistence and theft of money in the history of Iraqi governments, except in the Al-Kazemi government, as if thieves were born in that government.”
He added, “No one thought that money deposited with the tax authority would be stolen, as well as operations occurring for the first time in the circulation of amounts and the transfer of funds between banks, and this did not happen except in the Al-Kazemi government.”
Karim explained, “The government and the oversight parliamentary committees are working seriously to follow up on all the thefts that took place during and before Al-Kazemi’s government, as well as stopping the thefts.”
And a member of the Al-Fateh Alliance, Ali Al-Fatlawi, confirmed in a previous statement to Al-Maalouma that the anti-corruption torrent will affect all the names involved and the network responsible for stealing tax secretariats, including Al-Kazemi, as he is the first official in the executive authority.
