That’s been the #1 delay the whole time by the central bank as to why the rate hasn’t changed …Mark Savaya is there right now…He’s going to be auditing and opening Iraq’s financial books working with the US Treasury regarding OFAC to get the last final remaining sanctions under OFAC removed from the country of Iraq so they can go international.

Also, people actively in the country now, from these 75 countries, including Iraq, have had their visas cancelled indefinitely. If Iraq were safe and secure, they would not be included in the ban. This is serious and doesn’t imply that the RV is imminent.

He is coming with a bag full of carrots and sticks.
