A crucial step against manipulation and smuggling” They are cracking down with their financial borders and working on “EXCHANGE MECHANISMS and LOCATIONS”… we were told this is a step they will do before the revaluation.

10-22-2025 Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat …the CBI is working with the IMF and the US Treasury behind the scenes to orchestrate the redenomination of the currency. It has NOT officially begun…there is a needed law put in place and voted on in parliament to change out the currency…But…they also need a buy-in from the GOI (Finance Committee). I am told this is going to be voted on soon and once it passes we can expect the process to begin…I am told the efforts are still all geared towards a January 2026 reinstatement. We will see what happens.

The Finance Minister on television talking about their trip to Washington. They say they talked with the IMF…World Bank…US Treasury saying they have agreed to align Iraq’s priorities with our monetary reform for 2026. They’re going to support out plan…They have agreed with everything about our monetary reform.

UPON” Quote: “… the oil export agreement will help to pass the oil and gas law in the sixth session of the Iraqi parliament, provided there is no political interference… fortunately 70% of the articles of the draft law have been agreed.” …the Oil and Gas law (HCL) has Not been passed and needs to be passed in order to see the reinstatement.
