The Central Bank of Iraq revealed on Tuesday its foreign currency sales, which amounted to more than $47 billion during the first seven months of the current year.
The bank said in statistics reviewed by Shafaq News Agency that the bank’s hard currency sales during the seven months of 2025 amounted to $47 billion and 985 million.
He added that sales were divided between foreign remittances amounting to $46.374 billion and cash sales amounting to $1.611 billion.
She pointed out that these sales during the seven months of the current year, amounting to $46 billion and 374 million, increased by 10.92% compared to the same period last year, which amounted to $41 billion and 309 million.
