DNO receives official letter resuming oil exports via the Iraq-Türkiye pipeline.

Norwegian oil company DNO announced on Friday that it had received a letter of readiness to begin exporting oil via the Iraq-Turkey pipeline starting September 27, 2025, following the recent agreement between the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government.
The company said in a statement today that, according to the notification it received, the Kurdistan Regional Government’s share of sales from the Tawke field currently stands at 38,000 barrels per day, and is being prepared for export.
It added that it will continue to sell the remaining amount of oil, which currently averages 30,000 barrels per day, to local customers under existing contracts. This amount represents the share of the foreign contractors group DNO and Genel Energy International Limited.
She confirmed that she had received notification that oil exports via the Iraq-Turkey pipeline would begin tomorrow, Saturday.
