Lets see if it translates into a real effective exchange rate for the Iraqi dinar! This is the first time I have heard those words from Al-Sudani. He has stated in the recent past the dinar is stronger than the dollar. Let’s see if he is not wrong in that thinking!

9-5-2025 Intel Guru Frank26 The budget tables will expose the new exchange rate and that is what everything IMO is waiting for because everything that needs it is inside of that budget…I believe the COM (Council of Ministers) and Alaq are done with the new exchange rate. I believe it is poised and ready to come out. Even parliament is saying they will not cause any delays. That says a lot to me. That says we are very close because they’ve always been the problem.
