The second largest pilgrimage in the Islamic world…It begins August 14th. Lawmakers say there will be a short break during that time…so there is a push to get all this legislation finished. Including Oil and Gas laws and the Popular mobilization law. They are trying to hurry up and finish because of this pilgrimage.

Since Iraq is a member of OPEC, and all OPEC oil sales are in dollars only, then “Iraq is on the Petro-Dollar”. The other choice is for Iraq to join BRICS who have their own bridge currency…in avoidance of the Petro-Dollar. This would mean dumping OPEC. To do so would bring the wrath of Trump down on them especially since Russia and China are BRICS Nations.

The USA is in a basket of currencies. The U.S. dollar is part of a currency basket for the International Monetary Fund’s Special Drawing Rights (SDR), which includes the euro, the pound sterling, the Japanese yen, and the Chinese renminbi, et al. So, how is the USD the sole peg for the Dinar? I think the IMF is using certain members of the Guru crowd to spread ambiguous information since the Guru/IMF reports do not match the IMF official reports. According to the IMF, an RV is 1-2 years away…

Washington must give the ok to proceed and will never do it until this issue is resolved. This has been the main issue WE have watched since Trump returned into office…Trump demanded the Iranian militias to be disarmed and disbanded all the way back in January shortly after taking office. Sudani said all the right things back then but took no action…

Sudani recently stated that as a “sovereign nation” they will address the Iranian militias as they see fit. Sudani is pushing for Parliament to pass the PMF Law in spite of Trump saying they had better not. Sudani and the COM have already passed the PMF Law and are wanting it before Parliament for passage. Ironically, Nouri appears to be the one stating not to pass it as there is too much pressure with internally and externally especially from Washington. Trump has responded to Sudani’s push to get the PMF Law passed in Parliament by stating he will not support Sudani for a second term.

FRANK: They’re already being sanction through the tariffs. What you’re going to have is a devaluation further of your currency. It’ll be just like Iran’s. FIREFLY: The law is set up to allow Iran more access into Iraq. No wonder your Tump wants to devalue. FRANK: I don’t think that even Trump will allow your economy, your monetary reform to crumble. This could derail some things Trump wants to accomplish.
