Rafidain Bank announced today, Friday, the launch of an electronic inquiry service via the Ur platform. The bank stated in a statement that, “As part of its strategy aimed at digital transformation and providing innovative banking services, Rafidain Bank has launched an electronic inquiry service via the government’s “Ur” platform, as a smart gateway that allows citizens to access accurate banking information easily, securely, and quickly.”
He also explained that “this service aims to enable customers to inquire electronically about a range of basic banking topics, thus enhancing the efficiency of interaction with services and saving time and effort. These include:
• Salaries and deductions: View salary disbursement details and deduction mechanism, and follow up on related financial data.
• Electronic advances: Inquire about the status of the electronic advance, inclusion stages, and statements of the amounts granted.
• Electronic cards: Follow up on the status of the reservation or lift the reservation from the card and know the reasons for suspension.
• Verification of issuance: ensuring the validity of documents issued by the bank, whether for financial or administrative transactions.
• Data on the use of electronic services: View the history of interaction with the bank’s digital services.
• Reverse debit amounts: Track requests for refunds of amounts deducted from electronic cards.
• Localization inquiry: Checking the status of localization transfer to Rafidain Bank from other banks.
He pointed out that “a specialized team of bank employees is following up on inquiries and responding to them during official working hours, following a precise mechanism that ensures speedy completion and transparency of information.”
He pointed out that “the launch of this service is part of a series of digital upgrades adopted by Rafidain Bank in line with the Iraqi government’s policy of digitizing the financial and banking sector and providing a more flexible and efficient modern banking experience.”
