4-16-2025 Newshound Guru Militia Man They’re waiting for government submission. That’s when showtime happens as far as I’m concerned. The government, to me, will not expose the budget tables without being ready for inter-connectivity to the international financial system. That’s my belief. With all the things that were on the table…oil, non-oil revenues, Iraqi Stock Exchange, international exchange in dinar for cross border payments outside the dollar, it probably won’t happen. I’m not saying it’s not going to happen I’m just saying they got to do this for it to happen…I can clearly see why the budget schedules are apparently…’delayed’. I think it’s not delayed. I think they’re ready to go, have been ready to go…for well over a month or more. They just haven’t exposed that yet. Why? Because of timing and inter-connectivity.

I care about the Gazette, the two missing gazettes. I care about that budget. Boy, if we could open those two missing gazettes! If we could open that budget! Why? Because I believe that is the origin…The origin of what we’re looking for lies…in the budget and in the gazette…
4-16-2025 Intel/Newshound Guru MarkZ [via PDK] Trump is pressuring Vietnam to revalue their currency right now…and it fits in with all the other timing. Along with the delay of the budget tables – now happening this week…it looks like they both [Iraq and Vietnam] may be going at the same time. Which is what we always expected.
4-16-2025 Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat …No one knows the date of the RV…Our RV is coming but it is all attached to the reinstatement back to FOREX. This is a byproduct of all the reforms. Iraq is now being methodically pieced back together and the goal is to have a booming economy…My guess, and this is ONLY a guess is that when this Iranian issue is resolved we can expect wonderful things to occur.

4-15-2025 Intel/Newshound Guru MarkZ [via PDK] On the historic bond side – I am still hearing they have made wonderful progress. I…was told they are very much on target for completing what they need to this week in order to move forward. My understanding of the “Move forward” part is after bonds come the groups, CMKX Farm Claims and Prosperity Packages. Then BAM…it’s us. The confirmations from the bond side is a very good sign. They expect to have enough of them done this week to move forward with the rest.

However, over half of the banking sector agenda was involved with Fin Tech and digital modernization, still not yet complete.

4-15-2025 Newshound Guru Sandy Ingram Things have changed. Iraq is dealing with a new administration and things are different. The new administration is making demands. You don’t need a PHD to understand that Iraq has over $100 million US dollars in the U.S. Federal Reserve Bank. This is all part of the shadow sanctions Iraq is still under after the 2003 invasion. Iraq does not want to upset the current administration.
4-15-2025 Newshound Guru Pimpy Every guru out there keeps talking about how great the [Iraqi] economy is. I don’t deny that at all. The economy continues to grow. Iraq continues to grow. They get involved with more and more organizations trying to get involved with the World Trade Organization. That’s going to be big for them. That super highway they got building out there, the Port of Fa, all these things are major builders of the Iraqi Economy. As they fall into place the economy is only going to get bigger and bigger and bigger.
4-15-2025 Intel Guru Frank26 Security and stability, do we have it? Seems like it because the whole place is beautiful. But where is the problem? Where’s the origin of the lack of security and stability? The answer is Iran…We know the problem is Iran and we know once they are under control, we have security and stability for that new exchange rate to come out. Can it come out right now? Yes. But you said we’re waiting for security and stability. I believe we are very well secured and stable with the 9th floor of the CBI.
4-15-2025 Intel/Newshound Guru MarkZ [via PDK] Article: “Budget tables on the way to the dome of Parliament” it may arrive as early as the today the 15th…after it was passed by the Council of Ministers (COM), Parliament has been surprised by the delays of getting them the 2025 budget tables… The budget was supposed to reach Parliament before the end of last month. What has been the hold ups? Could it be because of the article from yesterday that states because of the change in oil prices they will need to “REVALUE their currency”? I think that is exactly why they have delayed those budget tables. They are waiting for that new rate. That is my strong personal opinion…and also the opinions of my contacts in Iraq.

But they have an expectation of purchasing power…The deletion of the zeros project is definitely on their minds, especially the tribal leaders in Iraq, which includes politicians. They’re concerned about the deletion of the zeros project but they’re fully aware of it and that’s where the purchasing power is. The average guy on the street doesn’t have a whole of dinars. They want purchasing power because they want prices to come down so they can afford to live. The wealthy, tribal leaders perhaps, have a lot of cash and they put that cash in the banks. They think they could get more money in and out of the country…Those folks over there are concerned about their purchasing power.
4-15-2025 Newshound/Intel Guru Fnu Lnu I also went to the IMF website and there clearly IS NOT any sign or statement about a revaluation. The word is never mentioned. It was never mentioned in the 84 reports I read last week and now I have read several more released within the last couple of days. Here is a snip…what I did read: Article quote: “If prices [of a barrel of oil] drop to 50 dollars, devaluing the dinar will become one of the important options to increase public revenues denominated in dinars to reduce the deficit gap in the general budget” Trying to wish something into existence doesn’t work. We must be fact based…There is no discussion of a revaluation, only discussion about a devaluation.

4-15-2025 Intel/Newshound Guru MarkZ [via PDK] This one got me excited… “Parliament face a constitutional challenge. Ready laws await vote and fate is in hands of blocs” they are telling us things are ticking down and there is a short time period to make all of these changes before they get into the election cycle. They are telling us to look for a lot of activity. Look for the budget and HCL and lots of agreements. They are setting the stage right now.
4-15-2025 Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat …there are still a number of troublesome issues with the left-over Iranian militias. This is still at the root of the problem in Iraq… I am not throwing away all this progress we have seen over these last two years …things are moving quickly now…
