10-3-2023 Intel/Newshound Guru Babysmom HCL STANDS FOR HYDROCARBON LAW. IT IS MONEY THAT IRAQI CITIZENS GET AS A STIPEND FOR THE OIL THAT BAGHDAD SELLS. IT IS BELIEVED THAT IF THE IRAQI CITIZENS WERE GETTING THEIR HCL STIPENDS, IT WOULD BE AT THE NEW RATE.

Probably because there’s something they’re not quite yet ready to expose or they’re just about ready to expose. They’re going to have to have an International currency…exchange rate and the country needs to have that final step to sovereignty.

This came after the weekend forex updates. We believe this is fantastic news…I had a number of bankers reach out …ones that had always questioned and doubted me…saying they think I am right and this is about to go. That means it remains in an incomplete unapproved state…Yes they voted on it since last June but…two Sundays ago Iraq’s council of Ministers…did a draft amendment to the budget making it so it’s no longer in an approved state. Parliament still needs to approve the budget again…The budget right now is incomplete and unapproved by parliament.

Now, they are taking all the steps necessary to increase the value of the Iraqi dinar but there is nothing out there that points to the revelation of the Iraqi dinar, nothing whatsoever.

They are no longer waiting for their independence. I’m talking about banking reform, economic reform, military, geopolitical, every level. They’re not waiting to be independent, they are waiting for the day to celebrate their independence. Independence is upon them now. It is who they are. That dinar is about to be independent and travel the world like a free little bird and baby I cannot wait to celebrate! It has been too long.

Absolutely. Things are lining up. Lots of comments going on for this week …and we are expecting some announcements out of Iraq on Wednesday on that front…

According to the Gazette, the 2023, 2024, 2025 budget has been published and it’s enforced. However they haven’t actually finished implement it or spending anything from it…The pressure is on to get this budget implemented now…

10-2-2023 Newshound Guru Jeff Community comment: “Iraq is a sovereign country.” If Iraq was really sovereign that would mean no other country would have any power or control over them. They would have their independence and they would have possession of all their country’s property. We’re still waiting on the House of representatives within the United States to vote to remove the United State’s War Authorization off of Iraq…That’s one level of not having sovereignty and still having restrictions on Iraq.
