Today, Monday, the Director General of the Iraqi Fact Sheet at the Ministry of Justice, Hanan Munther Nassif, announced the publication of Instructions No. (1) for the year 2023, related to “facilitating the implementation of the Federal General Budget Law of the Republic of Iraq for the fiscal years (2023-2024-2025)” in the Fact Sheet.
And she confirmed in a statement, NRT Arabia received a copy of it, that Instructions No. (1) for the year 2023 are considered retroactively effective from the date of 1/1/2023, explaining that “the Ministry of Justice has made exceptional efforts to publish it in Al-Waqi’ newspaper, through procedures Checking materials according to the law.
The Federal Supreme Court (the highest judicial authority in Iraq), had announced earlier today, the resolution of the Kurdistan Regional Government’s appeal to the budget law.
On June 12, the Iraqi parliament voted on the financial budget for the three years (2023-2024-2025), with a value of 198.9 trillion Iraqi dinars ($153 billion) per year.
