First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, postponed, on Sunday, the session until a quorum is reached.
The council was supposed to hold its session devoted to voting on the items of the 2023 budget at one in the afternoon, after it succeeded in voting on 41 articles, including yesterday evening, Saturday.
It should be noted that the parliament was able, yesterday evening, to vote on Article 14 related to the share of the Kurdistan region, which caused a disagreement between the parliamentary blocs.
