5-14-2023 Newshound Guru Clare THE BUDGET HAS BEEN APPROVED. THE 3RD VOTE IS A FORMALITY THAT WILL MAKE IT LAW. WHICH THEY ALSO REFER TO AS APPROVAL, BUT IT REALLY MEANS MADE INTO LAW- TO IMPLEMENT. IF THEY WERE NOT GOING TO AGREE TO PASS IT INTO LAW, IT WOULD’VE BEEN SENT BACK TO THE COM… WHICH IT NEVER WAS. THE PARLIAMENT SESSION WAS SUPPOSED TO END ON THE 9TH OF MAY – THEY ALREADY EXTENDED THE SESSION TO HAVE THE 3RD VOTE ON THE BUDGET AS PER ARTICLES.

5-14-2023 Intel Guru yada Now the UN, IMF, US, World Bank, and even the CBI know the GOI can no longer stop the process. Best analogy would be the pitcher has sent the pitch and it is on the way to being received by the catcher. Pitcher is Iraq and the catcher is the rest of the world. Iraq can no long stop it, out of their control…I strongly believe we are in the last weekend of being broke…

The best I could tell you is listen to all the different news, don’t get your hopes up about it, take everything with a grain of salt and watch what they do not what they say. Stay grounded and you’ll be just fine.

Second, when the rate changes…if the one is on Forex and if it’s international in Forex the banks have to buy and sell it especially if it’s stronger than the dollar.

They are telling us it is going. We don’t need to guess at it – just listen to their own words. I don’t know where we are at timing but I do know that my contacts in wealth management and redemption centers are extremely upbeat for this weekend…

But it will reveal the budget and the budget needs a new exchange rate. The citizens of Iraq need their new national currency, the lower notes and coins, and the new exchange rate for it…Right now the monetary reform is explaining how they are about to do all this and then float…
