Shafaq News agency reporter stated that the Central Bank sold during the past week, during the four days in which the auction opened, the amount of 732 million 316 thousand and 7 dollars, at a daily rate of 183 million 79 thousand and 1 dollars, up by 0.87% from what was recorded in the previous week, which amounted to The sale rate is 182 million 210 thousand and 740 dollars.
Our correspondent added that the highest dollar sales during the past week were on Wednesday, when sales amounted to 187,246,380 dollars, while the lowest sales were on Sunday, when sales amounted to 180,272,118 dollars.
He pointed out that sales of foreign remittances amounted during the past week to 520,616,000 and 7 dollars, an increase of 59.34% compared to cash sales, which amounted to 211,700,000 dollars.
He explained that sales went in the form of cash and remittances abroad to finance foreign trade, while the selling price of documentary credits and international settlements for electronic cards amounted to 1,305 dinars per dollar, while the selling price of remittances abroad and the cash sale price amounted to 1,310 dinars per dollar.
