Maybe the full budget later this week. This does not mean we are waiting for the budget to RV. It can certainly go before. What I am hearing from all my Iraqi sources is that they plan to introduce …in a wide scale fashion – the lower denominations this month and the training for all the folks. The banking side is still convinced it will happen at any second. We are in one heck of a close window…imo.

3-6-2023 Newshound/Intel Guru Walkingstick [via Frank26] The private [satellite] banks are not owned by the CBI… #2 is an Iraqi [Walkingstick’s bank friend] but he owns a bank in the United States under American banking law. These banks do have to follow the CBI laws…international standards and they have to follow the laws of the country that they represent. Can I as an American citizen and go to these banks and exchange? It’s unknown right now…but based on the fact that they will follow CBI laws that will follow international laws I don’t see why we cannot.

We competed against emerging markets with that money supply. We’re binging it in. There’s not going to be as many dollars out there…China’s going to have less. That’s why they want to use the yuan to buy energy…How does Iraq gain from that?

3-6-2023 Newshound Guru Breitling …Iraq is going to accept the yuan… Euro…US dollar but they’re going to start adding value to their currency because there’s not going to be as many U.S. dollars out there. Not only that but the EU is going to start going broke so there’s not going to be very many Euros out there. That’s another reason for them to add value to the Iraqi dinar.

Many recent articles have suggested new things might be implemented after the 20th anniversary of the Iraq war (March 19th/20th) (Waiting on the Rate change). Ramadan starts on 3/23/23. Kuwait has the same budget period as Iraq 4/1 and re-instated on 3/24/91. Many historic CBI articles have stated they can only change that rate at a budget Period (starting 4/1/23).
