For the complex political process that lives in chaos and confusion since the formation of the first government headed by Iyad Allawi and ending with the current Sudanese government! Not for the benefit of Iraq, and we do not expect relief from it and a solution to all our crises and problems! Because our bitter experience with the Americans and what they did to Iraq in terms of destruction and destruction after their occupation of it 20 years ago and until now is what makes us not trust them, nor the statements of their president or their officials, nor the movements of their ambassador!? And plundering it, spreading backwardness and ignorance in it, and killing its people, and if it wanted good for us, we would not have reached the miserable situation we are in, and I do not know what the Americans intend yet and what they are planning for Iraq! With their dubious and demonic silence over what they are witnessing of the systematic destruction of Iraq, until their silence reached while they saw the Tigris and Euphrates rivers drying up, and that is considered the greatest global and human catastrophe because the names of these two rivers and their existence are associated with the largest civilization known to human history, which is the civilization of the Mesopotamia?! 0 What we want to say is that during the American invasion of Iraq and after its occupation and falling under the control of the Americans, we did not witness such blatant and scandalous dealings and interference in the Iraqi issue in front of the whole world!? Also, this intervention brought to mind an image as if Iraq was under the American mandate, and I did not find any other meaning for it?! Especially since the definition of the mandate as stipulated in the Charter of the United Nations ((is the intervention of an influential country in the affairs of a weak country to help it rise and train it to govern so that it can govern itself)), and I believe that this definition fully applies to the image and situation of Iraq and its relationship with America, Which was clearly translated by Ambassador Romansky’s interference in the affairs of the Iraqi government!? Especially since Iraq, after 20 years, has not been able to get up and stand on its feet and is still living in chaos, confusion and lack of control. Rather, dangers and threats still surround it from every side! And his internal and security situation in particular is still fragile and often out of control! There is no doubt that the Americans had a great deal of influence in bringing Iraq to this situation (with the policy of creative chaos that they pursued in Iraq since their occupation of it until now?!)0 Some political analysts and observers of the Iraqi scene may see that the ambassador’s meetings and movements is a natural matter!? And it is included in her diplomatic work as an ambassador! And I say, if that was the case, why did we not witness such movements and activities of the American ambassadors who preceded them?
