A member of the State of Law coalition, Ahmed Hamdoun Al-Sufi, confirmed, on Sunday, the existence of political parties that want to steal public money through the Food Security Law, while calling for the formation of committees to monitor the exchange mechanisms.
Al-Sufi said in an interview with the Information Agency, that “the political blockage is in the interest of some of the parties that insisted on passing the Food Security Law in order to continue in the ruling authority and seize the money of the law.”
He continued, “When the Federal Court rejected the Food Security Law, some political parties deliberately directed criticism and accusations to the court, as it applies the law and does not serve their underlying political interests.”
He added that “Parliament circumvented the decision of the Federal Court by passing a law containing huge sums and suspicions of great corruption.”
Noting that “in the coming days, we will witness lawsuits by the deputies of the coordination framework and independents to appeal the suspicious paragraphs.”
And political parties had confirmed in an interview with Al-Information, earlier, that “the law of emergency support for food security cannot be implemented on the ground by the caretaker government headed by Mustafa Al-Kazemi,” noting that “the judiciary will have the final say in this regard.” Law.” Ended / 25 and
