The head of the Bayariq Al-Khair bloc in the dissolved Parliament, Muhammad Al-Khalidi, confirmed, on Monday, the existence of a veto on the renewal of Al-Kazemi’s second term, pointing out that Al-Kazemi made many mistakes during his assumption of power and most forces do not want him to take power.
Al-Khalidi said in an interview with “The Information”, “The indicators available to us confirm that Al-Kazemi does not have sufficient political support to renew his mandate a second time, especially since most forces are not with his assumption of power for the next stage, especially from the major mistakes during the past months in all files, including political and economic.”
He added, “The renewal of Al-Kazemi is difficult, rather impossible, in light of the rejection of most of the large political forces for this step, noting that Al-Kazemi did not succeed in his mission and his government committed many economic mistakes from which millions are currently groaning, especially raising the price of the dollar and pushing prices to levels that burdened 40% of the people. The Iraqis represent the poor and the simple.”
