Readers of the American “Fox News” channel criticized the actions of the US military, whose drones carried out a strike on civilians in Afghanistan at the end of last month, resulting in casualties, most of them children.
Although the Pentagon admitted this mistake, many commentators have accused the current US authority of what happened, calling for strict action against all those involved in the incident.
A user of the site with the title “tjg1” expressed his belief that “the Biden administration wanted to do something” after the killing of 13 Americans at Kabul Airport, to the extent that it used a drone to attack the first Afghan car it came across there. Then they lied, declaring that they had killed ISIS terrorists. This is the terrible end of the shameful abandonment of Afghans.”
Another user, “goingnutsincali737,” wrote on the channel’s website: “I am very sorry to see how unreliable our intelligence and government are. I don’t trust any of our authorities yet… I love my country and the Americans but our leadership fails us over and over again. It seems to me that they see no real threat to their position, and at best they repent insincerely.”
“No, this was not a tragic mistake,” wrote the user, “SamInTacoma.” It was predictable, as Biden was lobbying to create any “good topic of conversation” after the defeat in Afghanistan.
The user named “GatedFox” believes that “this strike was carried out for political reasons only. The Biden administration thought it would distract from the horrific withdrawal. I think it is necessary to send Biden to The Hague (the Hague Tribunal) because of this incident and to punish him for war crimes.”

“The level of incompetence (of the US military) that we see today is really amazing,” the user, nicknamed “Reissued,” noted. They couldn’t have done anything worse.”
Readers came to the conclusion that none of the US officials bore any responsibility for the deaths of Afghan civilians in that attack.
The head of the Central Command of the US Armed Forces, General Kennett McKenzie, previously announced that the US air strike using a drone on Kabul on August 29th had killed at least 10 Afghan civilians, including 7 children. The Central Command also admitted that it was unable, at most, during this attack to liquidate people associated with ISIS, and apologized for this incident.
