A political analyst calls on Allawi to unveil the pressures he is exposed to

Political analyst Hazim Al-Bawi said on Friday that Prime Minister-designate Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi was required to disclose the fact that he was under external pressure to pass certain policies regarding the formation of his government and keeping American forces in Iraq.
Al-Bawi said in a statement that “the people are looking for a clear and frank speech by Prime Minister-designate Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi to deny or prove the fact that he is subjected to internal, regional and international pressures regarding the formation of his cabinet, and the survival of the American forces.”
He added, “Allawi must take a lesson from the delaying of his predecessor, Adel Abdul-Mahdi, who promised people during his tenure of the position to reveal every stray and incoming, and this matter was long awaited by the people who were waiting for a speech in which he exposes all practices of pressure, blackmail and obstructing the executive and legislative tracks, as well as The reasons for the deterioration of the political, security, economic and social situation in Iraq, which in turn led to the eruption of the situation in this dire picture.
He pointed out that “the people today do not wait for Allawi except for the frankness in exposing those behind the obstruction of the path of service performance and foreign presence as well as the disclosure of spoilers in addition to passing a booth already professional, independent and accomplished.”
