Attempts of rapprochement between some prominent party leaders in Iraq in order to form alliances and new axes with a desire to revive the Dawa Party and bring it back to political life.
Local media revealed today, the leak of quadripartite meetings between Haider al-Abbadi, head of the coalition victory, Nuri al-Maliki, leader of the coalition of state law and Ammar al-Hakim, leader of the wisdom movement and the Alliance of Reform, as well as Abdul Halim Rahimi leader of the Dawa Party.
As interests have converged in order to preserve the roles of these leaders and their political status in Iraq through new alliances.
