The official spokesman of the Ministry of Planning, Abdel-Zahra al-Hindawi, said Wednesday that the National Development Plan 2018-2022, aims to achieve financial revenues estimated at 440 trillion dinars.

The spokesman said that “the plan aims to achieve economic growth in the five years by 7%, according to expectations of global economic organizations.”
“The plan covers all sectors of development, including oil, transport, energy, agriculture, water resources and petrochemicals,” he said. “In the field of energy, it aims to achieve 21,000 megawatts. In the oil field, the plan aims at achieving a production rate of 60 million barrels per day. Agriculture aims to increase agricultural area. ”
