He added that “the referendum held by the Kurdistan region is a departure from the Constitution and we rejected it, and the parliament recognized that the referendum unconstitutional,” continuing “cherish the Kurdish citizens and the Constitution emphasizes the rights of all citizens, including the Kurds.”

“The Peshmerga forces in the disputed areas to work together with the federal forces under the command of the federal forces,” he said, continuing to say, “We do not want armed confrontation, but must impose federal authority in the disputed areas.”
